What are the potential dimensions of the sign?

If the sign or mural is to be painted directly on a surface, what is the surface? ( for example: brick, stucco, concrete block, raw, primed etc)

Do you need us to supply a design or artwork for the sign?

Will the sign be single or double sided?

What will the exact wording be as it appears on the sign?

Do you have colors that need to be matched?  You can provide examples or specific Pantone codes if needed.

Will you need us to provide installation?

2. How long will it take to receive my sign/ when will you come to paint my sign?

  •  This depends on our current work volume. Jobs scheduled in the Summer and Spring will have a longer turn-around than jobs scheduled in the Winter, which generally only take a few weeks.

3. I have my own art/logo, how should I send it?

  • It is best to send vector files (files ending in .ai , .eps , or .svg), but a clear image file ( such as .jpg or .png) can be used if a vector file cannot be provided.

4. I don’t have a logo or art and need one designed, what do you need to get started on my design?

  • A good place to start would be; photos of the interior/exterior of your business or organization, examples of other logos or branding for inspiration, or if necessary contact us to meet for a consultation.

5. Can I use the logo you designed for me in other marketing materials?

  • While our signs are original artworks that shouldn't be reproduced or replicated without explicit, written consent from us, if your initial request includes a design for a logo, it will appear in your estimate and invoice and you may use it as you wish on your website, t-shirts, etc. If you are unsure whether or not you may use art we have created for you in the past, please contact us.

6. How will I be billed for revisions on the logo/art you are designing for me?

  • One round of revisions will be included in the charge on your estimate, additional revisions will incur extra charges. Keep in mind that additional revisions will usually extend the time frame of your sign.

7. Is my initial estimate the final amount I will need to pay?

  • While we consider all factors when providing your estimate, certain circumstances such as changing material costs, design changes, material changes, or unforeseen equipment rentals may affect your final due amount. You will be notified of any changes prior to receiving your final invoice.

8. I no longer want a sign, is my deposit refundable?

  •  Should you decide to cancel your order, a portion of your invoice is eligible for return. We will not be able to refund the cost of design or materials already used in fabrication.

9. When is the total amount of my invoice due?

  • The total amount due noted in your final invoice is due within 30 days of completion or delivery of your sign.
